Most people find it easy to travel to Los Algodones for dental work. Los Algodones is conveniently located on the border of California, Arizona, and Mexico. Below are the options on how to get there:
Option 1: Drive to the border
Los Algodones is a 3 ½ hour drive from Phoenix and a 2 ½ hour drive from San Diego by car. Park on the US side (gated parking lot) once you arrive at the border. Then you can walk to the dental office.
Our partner dental offices are within 1-2 short blocks away from the border. Alternatively, you have the option to arrange for a pickup once you cross the border on the Mexican side to one of our Dayo Dental partner dental offices.
Option 2: Fly to the nearest airports
You can fly into the Yuma International Airport, San Diego International Airport, or Phoenix International Airport.
From the Yuma International Airport: You can take an Uber/Taxi to the border from the Yuma International Airport to Los Algodones which is only 15 minutes away.
From the Phoenix or San Diego Airports: You can rent a car to drive the border once you arrive at the airport.
Note for Phoenix residents:
You can take the 1st class shuttle service (refer to the link for more information). It goes from Phoenix airport ( Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix) to Yuma. From there, you take an UBER or Taxi to Los Algodones, which is 15 minutes away.
